THE COLONIES AND THE WAR MELBOURNE, June 7. A luncheon party was held on board the troopship Euryalus to-day, at which several ministers of the Crown and many others were present. The Minister of Defence presented Captain McDonald with two beautiful silver epergnes, as a mark of appreciation by the government of the services he has rendered. |
